Scooter, a rescue we have had for 7 years. He is 25 now. His previous owner died from lung cancer and he plucked when she was ill. His feathers will never grow back plus he has a deformed skull so his eyes are not totally on the side of his head- more on the front. He can look directly at you and see you with both eyes. He was cage bound for another 4 years after his owner died as he would not let the husband handle him. We worked with him and now he is a true gentleman. Never bites, no screaming, loves everything and everybody. A true joy.
